There is a lounge chair near the entry door, and an entertainment center and storage cabinet along the interior living room wall. There is also a slide out optional tri-fold sleeper sofa and u-shaped dinette for ample seating during meal time, hanging out watching TV, or playing a board game.

The front kitchen features everything you would need to prepare and provide great meals and snacks for your family while traveling. There is a large refrigerator, three burner range, double kitchen sink in the corner, lots of counter space, and a large pantry for storing dry goods and more.

The first door on the right heading down the hall toward the back of model 38FKTS is bedroom number one and it features a 32" x 74" bunk above a Cube bunk below that the kids will surely love. There is also a desktop, drawers for storage, and a wardrobe for your hanging clothes.

Next down the hall, you come to a complete full bath featuring an angled shower, toilet, sink, and linen cabinet. Plus the bath is accessible from the master bedroom also.

The rear private bedroom offers a great space to relax and enjoy a wonderful nights sleep with a queen bed slide which makes a bit more walking around space inside. There is also a wardrobe for your clothes, and a private entry for your convenience to the outside.

You can also find plenty of storage on the exterior of this unit, plus so much more!

Our inspection performed by our RV techs to be completed after purchase (for a list of everything we inspect and repair and to verify lead time please contact our sales department, a 90 day nationwide limited warranty on eligible units, a walkthrough demonstration and education will be done at pick up, a started kit (hoses, water reducer, toilet paper, etc, and 21 days of free camping at select RV resorts)

Option "B" the buyer declines all above services and buys the RV or camper completely AS-IS just as it sits (just like we purchased it), there will be no inspection or repairs done, no walk through, and no warranty. But it can save you some time and money and with either pricing option we accept trade ins. For the Option B price please contact our sales department.

Keep in mind that Parkway RV center does not charge any doc fees, prep fees, clean up fees, destination fees, or walkthrough education fees etc. Don't fall for the big RV dealer fee scam.
